For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address.

We collect the domain name of visitors to our web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

About snail (regular) mail:

We may use your snail mail address to contact you about orders you have placed with us. If you supply us with your snail mail address, you may receive periodic mailings from us such as our new catalogs, or information on new products and services. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling or writing to us at the address or phone number shown below and telling us that you do not want to receive snail mail about Bluegrass Buddy's new products.

We only use your phone number to contact you about an order you have placed with us or about your existing account. We don't do telemarketing and we never share phone numbers with any outside companies.
