Giddy Kitty values all of our distributor relations. Before ordering direct, please check our distributor register for your area. Even though Bluegrass Buddy has a wide range of distribution though our network, there are a few distributors that do not inventory all of our products and there are a few regions that we do not have distributors. If you locate a distributor that manages your account, please ask them which of our products they currently inventory. If the distributor does not carry the items you want, please invite the distributor to start warehousing the Giddy Kitty products you would like to sell.

In the event we have a distributor from your region and you are their present customer, it is our policy to reimburse the distributor for the reported sale of each item they currently distribute. Distributors stockpile our items in large quantities and they receive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) discounts. We encourage our distributor network to pass along these discounts to our retailers. We encourage our retailers to use our distributor network before placing an order to get these discounts. Once you have followed our simple guidelines without success, we will process your order without delay.

When an order is placed with Giddy Kitty we will automatically enter your information into our retail locater section of our website. If you currently purchase our products though a distributor, send us
an email with your store information to our offices and we will enter the information manually for you.

To safeguard our existing retailers and distributors, the information provided to us from our retailer sign up form will be automatically searched though the national and international pet supplier and business yellow page databases. If you are locked out for any reason from accessing the retailer section because our system can't substantiate the store front or website address, please contact our offices and we will grant you an admittance key.
